LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – Veteran music Talent Manager Brett Radin passed away on Friday (February 24) at his home in Los Angeles. His death was confirmed by members of his family. He was 53. A cause of death has not been given.
Radin recently joined Knitting Factory Entertainment’s (KFE) in-house management division Knitting Factory Management (KFM) in January 2023. Radin joined KFM from Zero Management, taking years of expertise in artist management, production, and touring, working with emerging talent as well as world-renowned artists to his new position.
Brian Long, President of KFM said in a statement, “We are extremely saddened to learn the news of Brett’s passing. He brought a lightning bolt of positive energy. He was passionate for his artists, deeply knowledgeable about the workings of the music industry, and intuitive. He will be missed.”

Born on Long Island, NY, Radin studies accounting, art design, and mass media at SUNY Purchase and Northeastern University between 1988 and 1992.
Radin began his music career by launching Ghost Management in NY in 1996, which he spearheaded for over 16 years. There he worked in tour management for more than a dozen artists from Liz Phair and Les Claypool to Minnie Driver and Joan Osborne. He then moved to day-to-day duties for Dave Matthews and management for The Weepies and Tracy Chapman. Then, in two years at 19 Management, he represented American Idol winners Phillip Phillips and Lee DeWyze, James Durbin, and Jason Bonham.
In 2014, Radin developed Zero Management with clients DeWyze, D’Arcy, Dave Eggar, and Cut the Kids in Half while also at Great Big Food events between 2015 and 2018 on their three-day bacon food festival in Brooklyn. Radin brought his clients with him to KFM. Eggar, a renowned cellist, pianist, composer, and arranger was nominated for two Grammy Awards this year in the “Best Instrumental Composition” category.
Funeral arrangements have not been released as of press time.
