Jennifer Flavin is one of seven childrenparents, consisting of three girls and four boys. She has two younger sisters – Tricia and Julie, both actresses. Her brothers are Tom, Pat, Shannon and Mitch Flavin. Sadly, she lost her father, Donald Hugh Flavin, at the tender age of eleven. Her mother, Shirley Mae Knudsen, consequently raised her and her siblings to adulthood all by herself.

Flavin currently resides in Beverly Crest, Los Angeles with her own family (consisting of her husband and children). She married Sylvester Stallone in 1997. The duo met in 1988 at a Beverly Hills restaurant. They began dating but eventually split in 1994 when another woman who was seeing Stallone (Janice Dickinson) gave birth to a daughter, who was said to be his. Sylvester informed Jennifer Flavin of his breakup with her in a heartbreaking six-page letter he sent to her via FedEx. However, when he discovered through DNA that the child was not his, he ended his relationship with Dickinson and reconciled with Flavin.

Jennifer Flavin and Sylvester both later had the two ceremonies held at the Dorchester Hotel in London and Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. The couple have three children together – all girls. On August 27, 1996, they welcomed their first daughter named Sophia Rose. The second, called the Sistine Rose, arrived on June 27, 1998. The third, Scarlet Rose, was born on May 25, 2002.

In addition to her biological children, Flavin is stepmother to Stallone’s two children – Sage Moonblood Stallone (born 1976) and Seargeoh Stallone (born 1979) whom he had with his first wife, Sasha Czack. Sadly, Sage died of heart disease in 2012 at the age of 36. Seargeoh, on the other hand, is autistic. He was diagnosed with an illness as a child.
