How to complete A Common Cause in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous

Recommended Videos

When you return to the surface and find a handful of survivors in Kenabres during your playthrough of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, Irabeth will ask you to find additional forces to help the survivors against the demon attack. There are a handful of helpful allies hidden throughout the city, but it’s up to you to find them, and you might not find all of them before the next demon attack. This guide details how to complete A Common Cause and gather allies to attack the Gray Garrison.

There are several allies you gather up to assist you throughout the city.

  • You can have Hulrun and Ramien assist you, along with their followers, if you complete Feud of the Faithful peacefully.
  • Crusaders at the Blackwing Library can be brought to the Defender’s Heart
  • Tieflings at the Market Square can be brought to the Defender’s Heart

You’ll be able to help the Tieflings in the Market Square and complete the Feud of the Faithful before reaching the Blackwing Library. The only way to reach the library is to create a bridge in the Market Square, and because you’re already there, you’ll be better off focusing on those two tasks before meeting the Crusaders.

The Crusaders are the toughest to save because many of them will be burning alongside the Storyteller when you arrive at Blackwing Library. However, should you save some of them, they will join you at the Defender’s Tavern.

The quest will wrap up, regardless of how many people you’ve brought to the tavern when you’re ready to attack the Gray Garrison. You’ll receive more experience based on the number of allies you brought to the Defender’s Heart throughout your adventure.
